These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and bm96 (hereinafter referred to as "bm96", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bm96 website located at https://bm96.cam and all associated services, games, betting facilities, and promotional offerings available thereon.

bm96 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds obtained in breach of these Terms.

To access bm96's full suite of services, you must register an account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly should it change.

Each individual may register only one account on bm96. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for the purposes of circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is required before bm96 will process your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — your Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or valid Passport;
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill (electricity, water, or Telekom Malaysia) issued within the previous three (3) months;

bm96 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation in acceptable quality. bm96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended, and pending withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

By using the bm96 platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the bm96 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the platform in any way that could impair its performance, damage bm96's reputation, or interfere with other users' access to and enjoyment of the services.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

bm96 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The following payment methods are currently supported:

You agree that all funds deposited into your bm96 account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. bm96 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits made to bm96 are non-refundable except in circumstances where bm96 determines at its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from bm96's operational capital.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bm96:

bm96's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bm96 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bm96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by bm96's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

bm96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and forfeit any funds held therein in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable time;
• Engagement in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Determination that you are under 21 years of age;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10; or
• Any other circumstance in which bm96, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines that account termination is appropriate.

You may close your bm96 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and other materials on the bm96 platform are owned by or licensed to bm96 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "bm96" name and logo are proprietary marks of bm96.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bm96 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the bm96 platform without bm96's prior written consent.

bm96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bm96 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the bm96 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bm96 holds its international gaming licence.
